Looking to resell a project property?

HPR takes on your consignment, standardises the property details and connects your property with buyers and suitable distribution partners.

No documents needed yet · Your contact details are kept confidential

  • Confidential informationThe owner's phone number is never published.
  • Transparent costsAgreed in writing before any service begins.

Why consign your property with HPR?

  1. Standardised property information

Location, area, asking price, legal status and viewing schedule are recorded in one consistent format. Buyers get the full picture from the start, and you have fewer viewings that lead nowhere.

  2. Connecting buyers and distribution partners

HPR distributes projects in Ho Chi Minh City and southern Vietnam, so we regularly work with clients looking for apartments, townhouses and villas. Your property is presented to suitable buyers and partner brokers.

  3. Price advice based on actual transactions

The suggested asking price is based on transactions and listings in the same project and area. HPR does not promise an unusually high price just to win your listing.

  4. One point of contact until the deal is done

One specialist looks after your property: updates on enquiries, viewing appointments and price feedback.

What properties does HPR accept for consignment?

  1. Apartments

Apartments with a pink book (land use right & ownership certificate) or still being paid under a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with the developer.

  2. Townhouses & shophouses

Townhouses and shophouses in urban developments or on street frontages.

  3. Villas

Detached and semi-detached villas in compounds and urban developments.

  4. Resort properties

Resort apartments and villas in Nha Trang, Da Nang and Phu Quoc.

  3. HPR

    Site visit and asking-price advice

We inspect the property, take photos and compare transactions in the same project and area to recommend an asking price in line with the market.

  4. Your decision

    Sign the service contract

Asking price, scope of service, term and fee are set out in writing. HPR starts only once you agree.

  5. HPR

    Marketing and viewings

We present the property to buyers and partners, screen enquiries, schedule viewings and report feedback to you.

  6. Both parties

    Deposit, notarisation, title transfer

We help with negotiation, the deposit agreement, the notarisation file, taxes and the title transfer (or the transfer of the agreement with the developer).

Sending your details in step 1 is an initial request for advice, not a consignment. The asking price, the type of consignment and the decision to sell remain yours, as agreed in the contract.

Documents to prepare for property consignment

At registration you do not need to send any documents through the website. An HPR specialist will guide you case by case when they contact you. The usual documents are:

  1. Properties with a certificate

Certificate of land use rights and house ownership (pink book), plus construction / completion documents if the property differs from what is recorded on the certificate.

  2. Properties still being paid under an agreement

The sale and purchase agreement with the developer and its appendices, receipts / proof of each payment made, and the developer's written confirmation when the agreement is transferred.

  3. Owner information

Identity documents and marital status documents — shown only when signing the service contract or at notarisation, never sent through the form. An authorised representative needs a notarised power of attorney.

Frequently asked questions about property consignment

Contract & owner's rights

The owner engages a brokerage to find a buyer or tenant. Both parties sign a written brokerage service contract stating the asking price, scope of work, term and fee. The decision to sell and the final selling price remain with the owner.

Exclusive and non-exclusive arrangements differ in marketing scope and in the rights of each party. A specialist will explain both so you can choose before signing the contract.

It depends on the asking price relative to the market, the location, legal status and demand at the time. HPR does not commit to a fixed selling time; you receive updates on enquiries and price feedback so you can adjust when needed.

Property legal status

Yes, if the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with the developer is eligible for transfer under the regulations (the certificate application has not yet been filed and the developer confirms the transfer). HPR checks the agreement and payment schedule before marketing the property.

Yes, but a plan to release the mortgage is needed (the buyer or the owner pays off the loan before notarisation). HPR explains the steps with the bank during negotiation.

Other services

Yes. Choose "Rent out" or "Sell or rent out" in step 2 when you send your details.

Send your requirements in the I want to buy section: project, area, budget. HPR will contact you when a suitable property becomes available from consignments and partners.

Register a property consignment

Two short steps, no documents needed yet. An HPR specialist will call you back to verify and guide you through the paperwork.

Before sending, owners often ask

Is registration free?

Yes. Sending your details, getting a call back and initial asking-price advice are free. The service fee (if you sign) is set out in the contract before HPR starts marketing.

Will my phone number be published?

No. Listings never show the owner's phone number; buyers contact you through HPR.

Do I need to send the pink book right away?

No. Documents only need to be seen when a specialist verifies them, and are never sent through the website.

Does sending my details mean I have consigned?

No. This is an initial request for advice. Whether to sign and what asking price to set is your decision.
