HPR rental consignment process

  1. Send your details

Name, phone number, project / area address, floor area, furnishing and desired rent. No documents needed yet.

  2. Document verification

A specialist reviews a copy of the pink book or the sale and purchase agreement, and the building / management board's rental rules.

  3. Survey and rent advice

On-site visit, photos and comparison with similar units for rent in the same project and area to propose an asking rent.

  4. Sign the service contract

Asking rent, scope of service, term and fee are set out in writing. HPR only publishes the listing once you agree.

  5. Marketing and viewings

Listings on the HPR website and other channels, tenant screening by needs, viewing appointments and feedback reports.

  6. Lease signing and handover

Support with agreeing terms, the deposit and the handover record of furniture and assets between both parties.

Sending your details in step 1 is an initial enquiry, not a consignment yet. The asking rent and the choice of tenant remain yours.

What owners should prepare before renting out

  1. Property documents

A copy of the pink book or the sale and purchase agreement with the developer; if the unit is mortgaged, check the bank's conditions for renting it out.

  2. Building rules

Ask the management board about resident registration, access cards, parking and management fees — tenants usually ask about these first.

  3. Furniture list

List the furniture and appliances included and their current condition for the handover record.

  4. Real photos

A tidy, well-lit unit gets more views on a rental listing. HPR takes photos during the survey.

  5. Rent and conditions

Desired rent, minimum lease term, number of months' deposit, payment cycle and whether pets are allowed.

  6. Declaration and tax obligations

Renting out a home involves declaration and tax obligations under the regulations; HPR reminds you of the key steps, and you should confirm the details with the tax authority or an accountant.

Calculate the rental income of your unit

Enter your expected rent and costs to see your net income each year. Not sure what rent is right? During the survey, an HPR specialist compares similar units in the same project and area.

Enter the figures for your own unit. Rental tax follows current regulations and revenue thresholds — check with the tax authority or an accountant.

Frequently asked questions about rental consignment

The fee depends on the property type, the rent and the scope of service. HPR states the fee clearly and writes it into the service contract before publishing the listing; you only sign if you agree.

No. HPR advises on an asking rent based on the market at the time of consignment and reports tenant feedback after each viewing; how long it takes to rent depends on the price, location, furnishing and the market.

No. Listings use HPR's contact details; HPR only connects both parties when you agree to meet the tenant.

Exclusive and non-exclusive arrangements differ in marketing scope and in the rights of each party. A specialist will explain both so you can choose before signing the service contract.

Yes, once the unit has been handed over. HPR reviews the sale and purchase agreement, the handover record and the building's rental rules before accepting the consignment.

HPR also accepts resale consignments. Selling while a tenant is in place requires a clear agreement with both the tenant and the buyer; a specialist will advise on the right approach.
