Bluemarq Group (Dat Xanh) — developer of The Privé and Gem Sky World

Bluemarq Group is the new name of Dat Xanh Group, a real estate company listed on HOSE under the ticker DXG. The new name took effect on 6 May 2026. If you have heard of Gem Sky World, Opal or The Privé, those are projects of this group.

• Renaming and restructuring: the 2026 shareholders' meeting approved the shift from a project developer to an investment and asset management group with 4 pillars: investment, real estate development, asset management and real estate services.
• Member companies: Bluemarq Development (formerly Ha An Company, renamed on 23 April 2026) in charge of project development; Bluemarq Asset Management; Bluemarq Investment (established 22 April 2026).
• Scale: as of May 2026, consolidated total assets of over 38,100 billion VND, charter capital of over 11,141 billion VND, more than 4,500 employees.

As of October 2026, Bluemarq Development's project portfolio comprises: Opal Boulevard, Opal Riverside, Opal Garden, Opal Skyline, Lux City, Lux Garden, St. Moritz, Gem Sky World and The Privé.

The Privé — Nam Rach Chiec, Ho Chi Minh City

A high-end apartment project on the Nam Rach Chiec peninsula, bordered on three sides by the Giong Ong To River, designed as a gated community. Developed by Bluemarq Development, with CSCEC Southeast Asia as main contractor and Savills as operator. The project covers 6.7 ha with 12 towers, 3,175 units and a building density of 25%; phase 1 went on sale in August 2025. See project details and request The Privé price list.

Gem Sky World — Dong Nai

The group's urban area in Dong Nai. Bluemarq has not published an updated scale or schedule in the sources HPR has checked.

Two projects discontinued

In August 2026, Bluemarq's board of directors agreed to terminate investment in the Binh Xuyen New Urban Area (Phu Tho) and the Mai Dam New Urban Area (Can Tho). Both were still completing legal procedures and had not started construction.
