CapitaLand is a real estate group headquartered in Singapore and present in Vietnam since 1994. The group's residential development business has handed over several apartment communities in Thu Duc, including The Vista, Vista Verde and Feliz en Vista. About CapitaLand

• Structure since 2021: the group split into two businesses. CapitaLand Investment (investment management, serviced residences) has been listed on the Singapore Exchange since September 2021. CapitaLand Development is the real estate development arm of CapitaLand Group and is privately held.
• In Vietnam: present since 1994, starting with serviced residences and commercial projects. Its first residential project was The Vista (750 units, former District 2), completed in 2007.
• Scale in 2026: CapitaLand Development reported a Vietnam portfolio of more than 19,000 homes across 20 projects, including one SOHO project and one integrated development.
• Notable completed projects: The Vista, Vista Verde, Feliz en Vista, D2eight, d'Edge Thao Dien, De La Sol and D1Mension in Ho Chi Minh City.

CapitaLand projects under development

Lumi Hanoi — Hanoi

An apartment development of about 4,000 units. In September 2026, the Lumi Signature sub-zone began handing over 2,375 units and welcomed its first residents. For 2026, the group plans to hand over nearly 3,000 homes in Vietnam, including The Fullton Edition and Orchard Hill.

Sycamore — Binh Duong New City

An 18.9 ha project developed with UOA Group, with about 3,500 long-term ownership apartments; the whole project is expected to be completed in 2028. The Orchard Hill sub-zone comprises two 24-storey towers with 774 apartments and is part of the 2026 handover plan.

Vista Verde — Thanh My Loi, former District 2 (completed)

An apartment community of 4 towers of 35 storeys with 1,152 units on Dong Van Cong Street, developed by CapitaLand-Thien Duc Co., Ltd. (a joint venture of CapitaLand Vietnam and Thien Duc Construction – Trading Company). Handover began in July 2017, and the first pink books (land use right & ownership certificates) were issued to buyers from February 2019. See Vista Verde apartment details and consignment.
