Sun Group is a multi-sector group known for its Sun World amusement parks and resorts in many provinces and cities. The group has been developing since 2007 and is present in 17 localities. Blanca City (Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City)

A coastal township near Back Beach (Bai Sau) and Sun World Vung Tau. The first apartment sub-zone, Blanca, comprises 6 towers of 34–40 floors; three towers, B1, B2 and B3, were launched in the first phase on 15 June 2025; unit types range from studios to duplexes. Sun Urban City (Phu Ly, Ninh Binh)

A township in Phu Ly (former Ha Nam). The Park Residence apartment line was launched in mid-2025; tower P4 — the first tower — topped out on 28 January 2026, while the other towers had then reached floors 6–7.

S-Light Tower — Sun NeO City (Da Nang)

An apartment complex within the Sun NeO City township in Hoa Xuan, south Da Nang, on the Han River. It comprises 2 towers of 22 floors and 3 basements, with nearly 800 apartments; introduced in June 2026.
