EcoLakes My Phuoc — Ben Cat

A township of about 224–226 ha within the My Phuoc Industrial – Urban and Service Park, with total investment of 1.5 billion USD. Products include villas, townhouses, shophouses, high-rise blocks, retail and offices.

• The EcoHome 1 sub-zone covers 7.2 ha with 222 homes and is described as completed.
• In September 2026, the The Glamour and Valley of Dreams II – Luxury sub-zones received notices of eligibility for sale.

EcoXuân — Lai Thieu

A 10.9 ha township on Binh Duong Boulevard, Lai Thieu Ward. The sub-zones presented include the Setia Gardens Residences apartments (now Setia Edenia), Sky Residences, shophouses and terraced houses; a school and a shopping centre are listed as planned.

Setia Edenia — EcoXuân, Lai Thieu

The apartment sub-zone within EcoXuân, formerly Setia Gardens Residences, renamed with its show unit opened on 9 October 2025. The project comprises 3 towers of 27–28 floors with 865 apartments and shophouses, and broke ground on 26 July 2025. See project details and request the Setia Edenia price list.
