VSIP — developer of The Habitat Binh Duong and the Sun Casa township
VSIP is a Vietnam – Singapore joint venture developing industrial parks and integrated townships since 1996. The Habitat Binh Duong — an apartment complex right at the VSIP 1 gate — is developed by a joint venture of VSIP, Sembcorp and Mitsubishi; HPR is advising on phase 3 units.
VSIP is an industrial park brand associated with Vietnam – Singapore cooperation, present since 1996. Beyond industrial parks, VSIP also develops townships and housing for expatriates and workers around these parks.
