Gamuda Land — developer of Eaton Park, Spring Ville, Norton Park

Gamuda Land is the property development arm of Gamuda Berhad, a Malaysian construction and infrastructure group. The company has been present in Vietnam since 2007. Its two largest townships in Vietnam are Gamuda City (Hanoi) and Celadon City (Ho Chi Minh City), alongside new apartment projects in the east of Ho Chi Minh City.

About Gamuda Land

• Parent company: Gamuda Berhad (Malaysia). Gamuda Land was established in 1995.
• In Vietnam: since 2007; as of August 2026, Gamuda Land had 11 projects nationwide.
• Business lines: large-scale townships, apartments, townhouses, villas.
• Contracting entity: each project has its own project company. When buying, you should check the exact name of the legal entity on the contract and on that project's legal documents.

Gamuda Land projects under development

The list below is current as of October 2026. The developer has not published a status for every project.

Eaton Park — Binh Trung, Ho Chi Minh City

A 3.7 ha project on Mai Chi Tho Boulevard, with 6 towers of 29–39 floors and 2,052 units. Construction began in March 2024 with Coteccons as main contractor; on 12 August 2026 the last two towers topped out, completing the structure. Handover is expected from Q3/2027. Celadon City — Tan Son Nhi, Ho Chi Minh City

An 82 ha township in the west of Ho Chi Minh City, comprising several apartment and villa sub-zones.

Elysian — Long Phuoc, Ho Chi Minh City

An apartment project from studios to three bedrooms, 36.88–291.70 m², currently presented by the developer as "Just launched".

Norton Park — Thuan Giao, Ho Chi Minh City (former Binh Duong)

A 7.9 ha project on Binh Duong Boulevard (National Highway 13), with a building density of 20%, more than 1,200 apartments and 30 commercial units. The official launch date has not been announced by the developer in the sources HPR has checked. See project details and request the Norton Park price list.

Spring Ville (Springville) — Dong Nai

An 18.2 ha integrated township and Gamuda Land's first project in Dong Nai, comprising shophouses, terraced townhouses, apartments and retail units. As of October 2026, the Persa Place apartment and podium-shop sub-zone is presented by the developer as "Just launched". See project details and request the Spring Ville price list.
