A 117.4 ha township in An Phu Ward (former Thu Duc City), beside the Chiec canal and near the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway. Foster + Partners is the architectural consultant and WATG designed the landscape. Formerly the Saigon Binh An project; the developer of record is Saigon Investment and Development JSC (SDI), with Masterise Homes as the development company. LUMIÈRE Ocean Crest (Hung Yen)

Part of the Ocean Park 2 township in Nghia Tru Commune, Hung Yen. It comprises 4 towers of 27 floors with nearly 2,000 apartments on a 44,443 m² site, at a building density of 15.4%. In July 2026, the project was building its underground structure, foundations and basements; the developer had not published official prices.

One Central Saigon (Ben Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City)
