• Legal entity: Vinhomes Joint Stock Company. Its predecessor was BIDV-PP Urban JSC, whose enterprise registration certificate was first issued on 6 March 2008. In 2018, the company was renamed Vinhomes Joint Stock Company and listed on HOSE under the ticker VHM.
• Parent company: Vingroup.
• Business lines: development of large-scale townships, apartments, townhouses and villas.

Vinhomes Saigon Park (northwest Ho Chi Minh City)

Launched in June 2026 in the northwest of Ho Chi Minh City.

Vinhomes Hai Van Bay (Da Nang)

Launched in April 2026, with a total area of more than 512 ha.

Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long (Quang Ninh)

Went on sale in April 2026, developed on the TOD model — an urban area built around a public transport hub.

Projects launched in 2025

Vinhomes Wonder City (Dan Phuong, Hanoi), Vinhomes Green City (Hau Nghia, Tay Ninh), Vinhomes Golden City (Duong Kinh, Hai Phong) and Happy Home Trang Cat (Hai Phong). Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 and Ocean Park 3 continue handovers in 2026.
