Mitsubishi Corporation — developer of Monrei Saigon and The Habitat
Japan's Mitsubishi Corporation is the lead developer of Monrei Saigon and a partner in the joint venture developing The Habitat Binh Duong — two projects HPR is advising on and distributing.
Mitsubishi Corporation is a Japanese general trading company operating in more than 90 countries. In Vietnam, the group takes part in the housing sector mainly through joint ventures with domestic and international companies. This matters to you because both projects HPR is advising on — Monrei Saigon and The Habitat Binh Duong — have Mitsubishi in the development group, but its role and the contracting entity differ between the two projects.
