C.T Group is a multi-sector group headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, founded and chaired by businessman Tran Kim Chung. As of 2018, the group was developing the Léman premium apartment brand and the C.T Plaza commercial chain. Léman Luxury Apartments — 117 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, former District 3

A 24-storey apartment tower with 4 basements on a 4,275 m² site; construction started in March 2011. The developer is C.T Phuong Nam Joint Stock Company, a member of C.T Group. In 2018, the group announced 7 projects under the Léman brand, the I-Home and Bee Home apartment lines, the C.T Plaza chain (C.T Plaza Wall Street, C.T Plaza Nguyen Hong), Léman Cap Resort & Spa Vung Tau, Léman Tree Resort Nha Trang and the 110 ha Saigon Venice project in Cu Chi.
