About Ecopark

• Legal entity: Ecopark Group Joint Stock Company, based at Ecopark Township, Phung Cong Commune, Hung Yen.
• Founded: its predecessor, Viet Hung Urban Investment and Development JSC (Vihajico), was established in 2003; in 2019 it was renamed Ecopark Group JSC.
• Business lines: development of townships, apartments, townhouses and villas with an emphasis on greenery and water surfaces.
• Recent recognition: at the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards (2 June 2026, organised by the Vietnam Real Estate Association), Eco Central Park won most liveable urban area and Eco Retreat won outstanding sustainable development project.

Ecopark Township (Hung Yen)

A master plan of nearly 500 ha, located in Phung Cong Commune, Hung Yen. The developer currently presents the Sky Forest, The Landmark, Swanlake Residences, Sol Forest (2 towers of 41 floors), Marina Arc and Ecopark Grand – The Island (island villas) sub-zones.

Eco Central Park (Nghe An)

A township of nearly 200 ha in Vinh, Nghe An, which broke ground in 2022. By June 2026, the project had handed over 2 high-rise towers and more than 1,000 low-rise homes.

Eco Retreat (Ben Luc, Tay Ninh)

A 220 ha project, including 50 ha of water surface and a building density of 15%, which broke ground on 19 April 2025 in former Long An. As of June 2026, the project is preparing to hand over its first homes. See project details and request the Eco Retreat price list.
