Libera Nha Trang (Vega City Nha Trang)

A resort township of about 44 ha with about 2 km of coastline, three private beaches and the 28 ha Van San Dao coral park. Facilities already in operation include Villa Le Corail, Do Theatre and Trong Dong Square. Alora Nha Trang

The Sanhôme and The Paramount (Flex Home line)

Two apartment towers within Libera Nha Trang: The Sanhôme with 1,975 units and The Paramount with 401 units, handed over with furniture. The Sanhôme has 30 floors, topped out on 25 August 2026 and has moved into the finishing stage.

For Alora Nha Trang, studio units are priced from 1.36 billion VND under the standard payment plan with basic handover (updated 15 October 2026); choosing a fully furnished handover adds 6.9 million VND per m² of gross area. What sets it apart: more than 90% of units face the sea or have an open view, the tower sits within a complex with amenities already in operation, and VietinBank loans of up to 70% are available.
