Kim Oanh Group is a real estate group developing townships and social housing at the northeastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City and in Dong Nai. The group's largest current project is One Era — a 49.5 ha township in Thuan Giao Ward with total investment of more than 1 billion USD, developed together with three Japanese partners. About Kim Oanh Group

• Legal entity: Kim Oanh Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company (Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Địa ốc Kim Oanh), headquartered at 268A Phan Trung, Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Province.
• History: Kim Oanh Real Estate JSC was established in 2009. In 2015, Ms Dang Thi Kim Oanh reorganised it into Kim Oanh Group under a group model.
• Structure: Kim Oanh Land invests in and develops land bank; Kim Oanh Realty handles marketing and distribution; Kim Oanh Construction builds infrastructure and housing.
• Self-reported scale: about 1,800 ha of land bank, 70 projects, 6,000 products a year, 1,400 employees and 7 branches (as of October 2026).

Kim Oanh Group is associated with land-plot and townhouse developments in Ben Cat, Bien Hoa and Dau Giay, as well as social housing. As of October 2025, the group was developing 18,500 social housing units and targeted 50,000 units by 2028.

Kim Oanh Group projects under development

One Era

• Location: Thuan Giao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Thuan An City, Binh Duong), at the junction of National Highway 13, Ring Road 3, My Phuoc – Tan Van, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Ho Van Men; next to a 42 ha ecological park.
• Scale: 49.5 ha, total investment of more than 1 billion USD, 4,039 units divided into 4 sub-zones: Nizi, Nagi, Haru and Hoshi.
• Product types: terraced townhouses, shophouses, semi-detached villas, detached villas and high-rise apartments. The plan includes an AEON shopping centre, a K-12 school, a kindergarten and a healthcare centre.
• Developer: Kim Oanh Group together with Sumitomo Forestry, Kumagai Gumi and NTT Urban Development; Kinera is the project development company authorised by Kim Oanh Group. In 2024, the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee granted investment policy approval to Kim Oanh Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Development JSC, a member company of the group. Kim Oanh Group holds 51% and the three Japanese partners hold 49%.
• Status: broke ground on 27 September 2025. On 24 September 2026, Kinera signed a planning cooperation agreement with Longfor, together with consultants Surbana Jurong, Aurecon and Savills and infrastructure main contractor Coteccons.

The site was previously the Hoa Lan Residential Area project. Kim Oanh Ho Chi Minh City won the auction from Agribank Cho Lon in 2017. The former project owner sued over the auction result. In November 2020, the court rejected the lawsuit, and on 18 December 2020 the site was physically handed over to Kim Oanh Group. By April 2024, the Supreme People's Court had upheld the auction result.

K-Home New City

A 26.69 ha social housing project in the former Binh Duong area, with 3,310 low-rise and high-rise units, handed over from November 2025.

The Link City

A residential area in central Dau Giay, Dong Nai, near the junction of National Highway 1A and National Highway 20, with about 1,400 townhouses and villas. The developer is Phu Viet Tin Investment Co., Ltd., with Kim Oanh Land developing the project. By the end of 2025, Phase 1, about 53 ha, had completed its technical infrastructure.
