• Legal entity: Nam Long Investment Corporation (tax code 0301438936), ticker NLG on HOSE — listed in 2013.
• Founded: 1992, as its predecessor Nam Long Construction Co., Ltd.
• Business lines: integrated townships, apartments, townhouses, villas. Product lines include EHomeS (affordable housing), Flora, Valora, Mizuki, Akari, Izumi and Waterpoint.
• Partners: Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi-Nippon Railroad (Japan) co-develop Akari City, Izumi City, Flora and Mizuki Park; Keppel Land became a strategic shareholder in 2015. In 2025, Nam Long transferred 15.1% of the Izumi City project capital to Tokyu Corporation.

Izumi City (Dong Nai)

An integrated township of about 170 ha on the Dong Nai River, Long Hung Ward, developed by the Nam Long – Hankyu Hanshin – Tokyu joint venture. The Izumi Gardenia sub-zone has been handed over; the Izumi Canaria sub-zone is selling garden townhouses, shophouses and villas. See Izumi City price list and progress.

Waterpoint (Ben Luc, Tay Ninh)

A 355 ha integrated township, including the Aquaria, Rivera, Park Village and The Aqua sub-zones and the Solaria Rise and The Pearl projects.

Mizuki Park (Ho Chi Minh City)

A 26 ha township on Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard; the Trellia Cove project is under development.

Elyse Island (Dong Nai)

A villa project of about 45 ha on Dai Phuoc Island, developed by Nam Long with its Japanese partner Nishi-Nippon Railroad and divided into sub-zones A–D. HPR is certified by Izumi City as a strategic distribution partner of the project (certificate dated 8 March 2026). In the Izumi Canaria sub-zone, garden townhouses have a list price from 8.55 billion VND and semi-detached villas from 16.4 billion VND (October 2026 price sheet, updated 18 October 2026, VAT included, before discounts). What sets it apart: pink books for freehold urban residential land, 461 units eligible for sale, and handover zone by zone.
