Projects HPR distributes
HPR advises on and distributes two Novaland projects: The Grand Manhattan apartments in central Ho Chi Minh City and the Aqua City eco-township in the east. The project pages are being updated; prices and policies will be published once the developer's documents are available — see The Grand Manhattan and see Aqua City.
For a project that has experienced delays, the first question to ask is whether the unit you are interested in is eligible for handover and certificate issuance. An HPR consultant will check the project's legal status and plan your home purchase cash flow with you before you place a deposit.
Which Novaland project are you considering? Leave your phone number — an HPR consultant will send you the price list and current sales policy, and compare projects according to your budget.
