An apartment complex on Do Muoi Street, Yen So, near Ring Road 3. It has 33 above-ground floors, 3 basements and 798 apartments.

MEYINPARK industrial parks

Two industrial parks in Hung Yen and Long An. As of September 2026, MEYINPARK Hung Yen covers about 200 ha and has broken ground.
