On 20 January 2022, the first 32 residents of Thang Long Home – Hiep Phuoc received their pink books. This area covers nearly 10 ha.

A note when researching: many companies carry the name "Thăng Long". In 2022, TLRG announced it was not related to a similarly named company in Binh Duong. When placing a deposit or signing a contract, check that the legal entity name on the documents is correct.

• Location: fronting Ton Duc Thang Street (25B), Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai (formerly Hiep Phuoc Town, Nhon Trach District). Legal name: Apartment Building G2 and Apartment Building F, Thang Long Home – Hiep Phuoc Residential Area.
• Developer of record and development company: the developer of record is Thang Long Hiep Phuoc Company; Thang Long Real Group is the project's development company.
• Scale: 2 blocks of 18 above-ground floors and 2 basements. Block Fiesta: 11,994 m², 435 units; Block Galaxy: 10,528 m², 445 units.
• Products: 1–3 bedroom apartments from 49 m² to 118 m², penthouses, duplexes and podium commercial-service space.
• Partners: main contractor Phuoc Thanh, show unit design consultant Ong & Ong, property manager CBRE Vietnam; ABBank signed a financial cooperation agreement on 9 May 2024.
• Progress: broke ground on 19 November 2023. Block Galaxy topped out on 3 August 2025, with handover expected in Q4/2026. Block Fiesta is under construction, and the developer expects to hand it over in Q4/2027.

Fiato Uptown (Thu Duc City)

A project within the Thang Long Home – Hung Phu Residential Area, 563 To Ngoc Van, former Tam Phu Ward. The developer is Hung Phu Invest JSC, a TLRG member company. It comprises 4 towers of 15 floors with 383 apartments and 81 shophouses. As of May 2025, three towers were finishing their roof levels and the fourth was still building its main structure. HPR does not have the latest handover information for this project.
