The Emerald Boulevard

Two 40-storey apartment towers at the corner of National Highway 13 (Binh Duong Boulevard) and Vinh Phu 10 Street, Binh Hoa Ward. The project has 1,149 residential apartments and 22 commercial and service units. The legal developer is Hien Phuc Real Estate Co., Ltd.; Lê Phong is the development company. The Emerald 68

A 770-unit project at 79 Binh Duong Boulevard, Binh Hoa Ward. Lê Phong says the project is preparing for handover, expected in Q4/2026.

The Emerald River Park, The Emerald Garden View, New Lavida

• The Emerald River Park: 2,460 units, De Bao Street, Lai Thieu Ward.

Projects distributed by HPR

HPR advises on Lê Phong's The Emerald Boulevard. The developer has not yet issued an official price list. Expected prices are about 70–80 million VND/m² (information from August 2026; HPR update 18 October 2026) and are not official prices. Sale and purchase agreements are expected to be signed from Q1/2027, with handover expected in Q4/2028.
