• Legal status: freehold ownership; the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction confirmed 161 off-plan units as eligible for sale (20759/SXD-PTĐT, 13 June 2026).
• Progress: topped out at 22 above-ground floors, with exterior and interior finishing under way; officially on sale from 20 June 2026. Handover is expected in Q2/2027.

The developer announced an expected price from 119 million VND/m² (gross area, excluding VAT) at the launch ceremony on 17 April 2026 — the level HPR still used at its 18 September 2026 update; an official unit-by-unit price list has not been published.
