• Legal entity: Tung My Trading Co., Ltd., operating under the Tumys Homes brand.
• Business lines: development of apartments and commercial and service space. Its current public project is Maison Grand Phu My — legal name: Phu My Commercial and Apartment Complex.

• Location: plots N1 + N2 fronting National Highway 51, bordering Nguyen Trai and Truong Chinh streets, Phu My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau).
• Scale: a 10,503 m² site, 2 towers of 25 above-ground floors and 2 basements; 1,248 apartments eligible for sale under document 3077/SXD-QLN (26 June 2023).
• Products: apartments from 1 bedroom+ to 3 bedrooms, penthouses on floor 25, shophouses and commercial units in the podium.
• Legal status: construction permit 23/GPXD-SXD dated 9 December 2022; freehold apartments.
• Progress: topped out in December 2024. In early September 2026, the exterior mouldings of tower N1 were 100% complete and tower N2 90% complete; lifts have been installed, and tiling and sanitary fittings are under way.
• Handover: expected in Q4/2026 according to the developer's documents of June 2026. Earlier, at the end of 2025, the developer stated a target of handover in Q2/2026 — that date has slipped. When signing the contract, read the clauses on deadlines and liability for late handover carefully.
