Hướng Việt Properties — developer of Palm City and Palm River
Developer of the riverside Palm City township (30.6 ha, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) and the Palm River apartment sub-zone, which broke ground on 16 June 2026.
Hướng Việt Properties is the developer of Palm City, a 30.6 ha township in Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, with nearly 3 km of frontage on the Giong Ong To River. The company took over the project after a member of the Hướng Việt group bought Keppel's stake in 2025, then broke ground on the Palm River apartment sub-zone on 16 June 2026. If you are looking for a riverside apartment in the east of the city, this is a developer worth researching carefully.
