Green Square township

A township of about 39 ha in Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly part of Di An City, Binh Duong). TBS began developing the Green Square land bank in 2005.

Green Skyline

A complex of 4 apartment towers (28 and 40 floors) on a site of about 1.32 ha within Green Square, with 1,296 apartments fronting National Highway 1K. The project topped out on 22 December 2024 and was about 90% complete as of late January 2026. More than 500 units were chosen by buyers at the first launch; phase 2 (Green Skyline Central) has been accepting reservations since June 2026. See Green Skyline price list and progress.

Projects distributed by HPR

HPR advises on and distributes Green Skyline. 1-bedroom+ units have a reference price from 2.75 billion VND, 2-bedroom from 3.83 billion VND and 3-bedroom from 4.87 billion VND (developer's phase 2 sales materials, updated 18 October 2026, before discounts under policy 133/2026/CSBH-TB). What sets it apart: the project already has its land certificate, construction permit, eligibility-for-sale notice and a Vietcombank guarantee; the amenity floor is complete so you can see it before buying. Handover is expected to start from Q4/2026; the actual handover date depends on the payment method you choose.
